Dr.Jeemol PA is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Chemistry at M. E. S. Mampad College, Mampad. She holds a Ph.D. degree in chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. She received M.Sc. in Chemistry with fourth rank from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. She was awarded Junior Research Fellowship by CSIR and Inspire Fellowship by KSCSTE for Ph.D. She has around 10 years of experience in research and teaching. Her areas of teaching interest include Polymer Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Spectroscopy etc.
Her research areas are Polymer Synthesis, Polymer Toughening, Solid state Chemistry, etc. She has full-time two years of research experience as Research Scholar from the Department of Applied Chemistry, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Cochin, Kerala, India and part-time six years of research experience from School of Chemical Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. She has published a number of research papers in refereed international Journals indexed in ABDC, Scopus and Web of Science like Journal of polymer research (Springer), Journal of polymer engineering and science (Wiley), Polymers for advanced technologies (Wiley), Cellulose (Elsevier) etc. Besides, she has presented several papers in international and national level conferences.
